How do you get rid of a trogen horse?

AVG has vaulted a trogen horse but the trogen horse warning still comes up when I connect to the internet. When trying to get to a web page it take me back to a porn site! How can I stop this?|||Run an anti-spyware program like Spybot - Search %26amp; Destroy. Or just remove the trojan from the vault.|||AVG sucks use AVAST and do these scans monthly
