How to remove Trojan Horse Sheur from my computer? ?

My AVG has the Trojan Horse Sheur in the vault, does anyone know to remove it? Its ruining my pc :( Its not letting me connect to the avg.com site, pop up everywhere. I wanted to know if there is anyway I can fix it instead of paying more for another pc..tnx|||Empty the vault.|||if malicious software is in AVG's vault it supposed to be harmless
