How to remove a trojan horse dropper?

my pc is Windows Vista. i am using AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition 2011 as my protection and it detected a threat called Trojan horse Dropper.Generic3.LGQ i can't move it to vault saying its unsuccessful and that the object does not exist or is inaccessible, nor can i heal files. can anyone please help me with this. thank you very much.|||This will get it

tap the F8 key until it asks about safe mode

go into safe mode with networking

be patient, its slow

save the log

look at the log

see if it has infections and see if they were removed
