What do you do with viruses in AVG virus vault?

I have AVG free edition. And there are viruses and trojan horses in my vault. How do I get rid of them entirely? When I click erase or wipe, a window comes up saying "are u sure you want to remove this document from the vault?" What does that mean? Wld i be letting it back into my system? I want to eliminate them entirely from my computer.|||If it's in the vault it's has been isolated from your PC. You can safely remove it. You have to go back to sites where you got them in the first place and pick them up again.|||You only leave them in the vault for a few days to be sure nothing important doesn't work. Then just delete them from the vault. They always ask to make sure whenever you are deleting anything. Say "yes."
