Cannot start AVG after cleaning Trojan Horse cleaning?

Here are the virus found by the AVG 7.1 network edition. It was move to the vault then the vault had been empty after that by my colleague. since then the AVG cannot start again and others program such as Skype as well cannot be start. It cannot be restore by the windows system restore. How can I make the PC work as normal again?|||Download and reinstall your AVG. Here are a few others you should also have.
