please help?

thanks! (:|||Hey dude your system is heavily infected. Avg is really crappy at this point. Avg wont be able to move ANY of those files or delete them because its a sucky av get one like Avira. Also use Malwarebytes anti-malware and superantispyware and sypbot search and destroy and you should be able to kill the virus. Also from the looks of it it could be a trojan like bifrost, poison ivy, shark or the bandok Rat so it is hooked probably into your browser running in the background. When you scan with malwarebytes go to options and checkmark terminate internet explorer windows before scanning. Also if your defualt browser is not internet explorer open the task manager (alt+ctrl+del) and see if the process is running in the background. Fore instance firefox.exe should not run in the background when its not open. And another good hint is if there if multiple processes of the browser on at the same time. Good luck.|||Sorry but your giving bad advice, AVG is a great virus software as any software you need to keep it updated enabling it to work correctly as far as the Resident Shield and how it works, Please Do Not Freak Out when Resident Shield Catches a VIRUS Thats What the Software Program is Suppose to Do..

|||If the viruses are in your system restore files the only way to remove them is to delete all your restore points. Turning system restore off and back on deletes all previous restore points but you can create brand new ones afterwords. Note this is because system restore points are windows protected files. Also i noticed from your picture that you did not check the box remove threat as a power user in the lower left hand corner.|||It seems that your computer is badly infected from the viruses, malwares and spywares.

You should follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Please try to delete all the internet temporary files like temp, %temp% and prefetch files.

2. Scan your computer by using any updated antivirus program.

3. Try to install and download the "Antimalwarebytes" (freely available)

4. Try to update "Antimalwarebytes".

5. Scan your computer using the "Antimalwarebytes"..

6. Follow the same procedure for "Superantispyware" as you have done for "Antimalwarebytes" (Safe Mode).
