If i wipe the object in the virus vault, does it mean the virus (trojan horse) has been completely removed?

from my hardware?

is it all i need to do to remove the virus? or should i do something additional?|||Wipe means gone for ever and cant be restored, same as when you wipe the hard drive all the data is completely erased and no advanced type of software can restore them back|||That should be all you have to do, but it's a good idea not to do it right away. If your anti-virus did a good job, the virus should have been neutralized by being put in the vault, but it may have taken something you need with it. Run for a day or so, including restarting your machine once, to see.

Then get rid of it.

Hope that helps.|||If you wipe the object in your virus vault, whateber was in there will be removed, it has nothign to do with Hardware, but it does Somethign to do with Software. I like avg free edition, with that program, it goes to teh virus vault, and you can empty it anytime, and when you empty it, it should REMOVE the trojan..or whatevber the object is infected From........

virus, spyware, tracking cookies, etc
