AVG Anti Virus has just detected a trojan Horse Virus on my pc. I have moved it to the virus vault but I'm not sure what to do next. Can anyone advise me please? Thank you!|||If your computer has been accessing the Internet unprotected it is infected.

Spyware has surpassed viruses as the #1 threat to identity theft and without protection your Internet activities are never private.

To get rid of spyware and keep your computer clean you can use an antispyware or even more.

|||AVG Anti-virus is the virus you shouldn't have pressed that. Now they're in your system. Go to tools at the very top of your window in between favorites and help. go to manage add-ons find the ones you dont use, highlight them, and press enable. restart your computer and see if it helped.

P.S. dont be fooled. one of your add-ons can look like its important but if youv'e never seen it before, its not. For, example i had this exact thing once and it said Safer Networking Ltd. and that was the virus. Although it took me a couple of trial and errors to figure that out.|||when its in the virus vault it doesnt need to be removed. it is isolated from your files and is then safe.

Good Luck

Hugo.|||In AVG 8.0 Click on History (At the top) Then click on virus vault

then click on Empty Vault.
